A professional marketplace for real-economy assets
AssetPorts connects investors with selected real-economy assets and operating businesses, with an initial focus on port terminals, warehouses, intermodal facilities and logistics infrastructure in strategic trade corridors.
Assets presented the way an investor needs to read them
Infrastructure and industrial assets in emerging trade corridors are rarely marketed well. Information arrives as a folder of scans, a broker's summary or a conversation, and an investor spends weeks establishing facts that should have been clear on day one.
AssetPorts publishes each asset as a structured profile: type, location, registered area, title, improvements, connectivity and a short transaction summary, with a site plan and photography. That is enough to decide whether an asset deserves your attention, without a call and without an NDA.
When it does, the full Asset Passport follows: title extracts, cadastral documents, layout studies, equipment schedules, operating and financial summaries and the seller's terms. We prepare those materials with the owner before an asset is listed, so there is no delay between interest and diligence.
Four rules we apply to every listing
These are the tests an asset has to pass before it appears on AssetPorts.
Georgia first, along the Middle Corridor
Freight moving between China and Europe increasingly avoids the northern route, and the Middle Corridor across the Caspian and the South Caucasus carries the difference. Georgia is its western gate: two deepwater ports, a rail link to Baku, free industrial zones and freehold title available to foreign buyers.
We started here because the assets are real and the corridor is growing faster than the infrastructure serving it. The same approach extends to neighbouring corridor markets as the pipeline develops.
Clarity before commitment
The public profile gives you what is needed for a first review. Detailed materials follow a signed confidentiality agreement.
