Fully operational container terminal at Georgia’s Black Sea gateway
Poti First Terminal is a fully operational container handling and logistics terminal with customs zone status in Poti, Georgia, with estimated EBITDA of USD 1.4 million for 2027. The opportunity combines an established operating business with 3.7 hectares of land, modern facilities and operational equipment, offering investors a strategic platform for regional and international cargo handling.
Located approximately 300 metres from the working berths of APM Terminals Poti and PACE, the terminal supports efficient container transfers and competitive transport costs. The asset package includes a modern 700 m² office building, on-site Georgian Revenue Service and banking facilities, two reach stackers and five forklifts.
Approximately 31,000 m² is developed and commercially operational, with the remaining area offering potential for bulk cargo handling and warehouse development. Positioned at the Black Sea gateway of the Middle Corridor, the terminal provides an established platform with further growth potential.
Development strategy could also explore a direct connection to the Georgian railway network, which runs alongside the terminal’s land plot.
