Tbilisi Airport Logistics Center (ALC) is a planned logistics development directly beside Tbilisi International Airport, on 161,555 m² (16.16 ha) of land. The current concept provides approximately 76,500 m² of modern Class A warehousing, with long-term potential of up to 90,000 m², together with offices and integrated logistics services.

Investors can acquire up to 50% of the company that owns the property and up to 33% of the logistics operating company directly, depending on investment size and agreed terms. The structure combines warehouse rental income, real estate appreciation and earnings from the logistics business.

A globally leading logistics company is the project's strategic operating partner and anchor tenant, with planned occupancy of the entire center as development progresses. Its tenancy is designed to secure rental income from the first day of operations, while its operating expertise and international network support the center's commercial development.

Phased construction, the neighbouring airport cargo facilities, access to major road and customs infrastructure and potential railway connectivity position ALC as a platform for regional distribution, air cargo, fulfilment and international trade.
